International Brigade veterans Bob Doyle and Jack Edwards say a few words before unveiling a monument to the Irish Brigadistas, in Writers' Square, Belfast, 8 November 2008.
The International Brigade Commemoration Committee was set up in 2005 to remember the Irishmen from Belfast who fought in defence of the Spanish Republic against the fascist rise of Franco, 1936-39.
