A quick "How to" on making home-made crepes.

Crepe Recipe:

1 cup of all purpose flour.
1/2 cup of milk.
1/2 cup of water.
2 tbsp. of butter.
2 eggs.
1/4 tsp. of salt.

  • @kokonoe4 Uhhm. It's really about preference. You could use a full cup of milk if you want. All I know is that this is my recipe & it tastes perfect to me.

  • How many crepes does that batter make??

  • @iloveme8241 I would say it makes anywhere from 4 to 6 crepes, depending on the thickness & the size of the pan you are using.

  • I just made this recipe (without the water) and it tasted great! Instead of "Nutella" I used whipped cream instead. My grandma and I loved this!
