Clip from the IMAX film Dinosaurs Alive! Dino fight: Tarbosaurus versus Tarchia.

Tarbosaurus (meaning "terrifying lizard") is a genus of tyrannosaurid theropod dinosaur that flourished in Asia between 70 and 65 million years ago, at the end of the Late Cretaceous Period.

It was a large bipedal predator, weighing more than a ton and equipped with dozens of large, sharp teeth.

Although smaller than Tyrannosaurus (T.rex), Tarbosaurus was one of the largest tyrannosaurids.

The largest known individuals were between 10 and 12 meters (33 to 40 ft) long, each with a head held up to 5 meters (16.5 ft) above the ground.

Tarchia is a genus of ankylosaurid dinosaur.

Fossils have been recovered in Mongolia with more fragmentary remains found further afield in parts of China.

  • Oh wow. T-Rex V.S Random Dinosaur cant believe the random dinosaur won.

  • well made :).

  • On the streets don't mess with a small guy with a baseball bat.

  • Just one hit is sufficient

  • You know it would be better if a pack of Tarbosaurus were in this. You know so they win against Tarchia.
