I would ride the model, definitely not the scooter. Lambretta has some nice scooter's, this is not one of them.

Molto carina, motore by sym, peccato le marce, avrei azzardato un pelino di più magari creando due modelli con e senza marce.

I have one! It's not plastic it's steel ! Stood beside it and you can't call it ugly, from the back it's stunning but unfortunately the front mudguard does let it down a bit. I have owned a Vespa S & a Vespa GT but this ride is the best. Everyone has an opinion but you need to see one/ride one then judge it I DID and changed my whole scooter life away from Vespa (who I won't slag off)

non capisco molto bene l'inglese, ma tanto per precisare: è interamente in metallo (steel), tranne qualche piccolo dettaglio che tutto sommato poco conta. Ho visto il modello GTS della Vespa (che fra l'altro costa mille euro in più) e anche lì gli stessi dettagli sono in plastica, anche per alleggerire.

Diciamo che siamo sullo stesso livello, ma a salire sulla lambretta mi sembra di stare su qualcosa che ho soltanto io :)

Finalmente una vera Lambretta, fedele all'originale, ma al passo con i tempi. Già ordinata una bianca e gialla.

Im all for a new lambretta (a la new fiat 500, mini beetle etc) but this is hideous. Its like putting Brad Pitts name badhg on Stephen Hawkins and launching him as a good looking stylist film star.

Have a word, scrap this and design a new lambretta that carries the name rather than hoping the opposite.

If you want to be an elitist ageing bore talking about vintage this and that and style etc etc then dip your bread in, but you cant prevent change, its innevitable. Wether YOUR oh so special Lambretta is the best in the world is one thing but trying to mock scorn on modernity says more about you than anything else.

Its funny how knowing so many in the scene, most are now trying to scource even Indian parts for vintage Italian bikes.
