What is the difference between Roots and super balm?

They are both aimed at scalp health, but have their differences. Roots is minty and a bit more lively, to activate the roots and promote healthy hair growth. It's a more liquid base, and with the extra virgin olive oil in there, it can help condition hair a bit, too. Superbalm on the other hand has a texture more similar to a pomade, thanks to ingredients like rose wax and candelillia wax. It's designed to calm an itchy, troublesome scalp. Rose, lavender and chamomile all calm things down.

Can I leave it on overnight?

It's not harmful to leave on overnight, but also not necessary for the ingredients to be effective. The ingredients are most active the first 20 minutes, so washing it out after that, or however long you're comfortable with, is suggested.
