No, I don't think any law would be broken just filming the name of the shop, there is no copyright law involved here. It's just like anybody filming any place on the street. Also, it looks like a demonstration for tourists anyway (since it's a famous place and they have made it easily filmable by anybody passing by). I am planning to visit Macau soon! Wish you had the name of this place.
