Hey guys! I decided I'd make another house video! First off I'd like to thank all my 40 something subscribers :D Yeah, it may not be that much, but I appreciate it!

I built this house off a real house plan, so in the beginning you'll see I was measuring out floor tiles and the size of rooms.
I wanted this house to be based heavily off of all the Generations items. This part I did he exterior and almost all of the landscaping, and you can see I put in a slip-n-slide, hopscotch, and an over the top amount of playground equipment.

If I remember correctly, this house has 5 bedrooms, 3 car garage, 4 1/2 baths and a rec room. I'll update this when I start the interior.

*Note the nostalgic Sims 2 music :]

Part 2 will be uploaded soon! See ya!

  • you are incredible! i am building a bachelor house but its not as big as your house. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me that when you use cfe and you make a garage door, not on foundation , and then connect the wall to a foundation, a big line goes through the middle of your garage door! How do i get the line to go away?

  • @W81049 I'm not quite sure wha tyou mean by a big line, but I think I'm just going to make a tutorial dealing with garage doors and cfe (including how to connect to foundation and how to get rid of the dark garage doors) so subscribe and you'll know when I put it up! I think that will be a better explanation than me trying to explain it through writing. It will be up soon, I promise!

  • That happens to my garage doors too! Does anyone know why they are so dark?

  • @sussussussus IT'S SO ANNOYING! ugh! It's because it's "in the shade of the roof". If you use cfe and create a wall the height of foundation above the garage wall then put the roof on that it won't appear dark, but I didn't want to mess around cfe/was too lazy, so if you'd like I can upload a tutorial on how to do that. :]

  • how did u change the heights of the roofs like that?

  • @yipsodo First, make sure your game is updated, through the Sims 3 Launcher. Then, when you're in build mode, click the roof on the house picture and you should arrive at the roof building options. In the panel there are 2 little buttons, and one of this to raise the individual roof height. Click that button, then click and drag up or down on a roof section. Hope this helps! I can link you to a video if you don't understand :]
