of the two nights they played in los angeles.. this by far.. was the better of the two.
i guess he becomes a bit more friskie with Vodka and powerade than Jim Bean

after the show let out at 11.. i lingered while everyone was leavin'.. around 11:20ish.. it was sparse.. and then the security announced that there was a after party upstairs.. i just lucked out.. and went up had some drinks, mingled and conversed with all of them.

I hope to sing at shows. It's a place to let go and enjoy a band however you want to. And I have read/hear so many artists say that there's nothing better than hearing a crowd sing along to a song you created. You are probably just a terrible singer! :)

about the singing-along debate... i honestly think dan does better when there's a great enthusiastic crowd. he puts more into it. the right amount of alcohol is always a factor too lol.

anyone notice how his voice is pretty much the same as it was on diorama. like i think his voice was more soulful on YM soley because of the artistic thing they were trying to accomplish.

anyone think the same?
