Hi Jim, yeah mid-thirties is kinda oldish for that stuff. There are a few guys around that old and older who are still doing it but I was not used to lengthy rounds. It was very trying cardiovascular-wise. Actually, now at 52 years old I am better conditioned and train stand-up & ground 'n pound 4-5 times a week :-)
