She has been to hell hanging onto her love so finally, out of exhaustion, the only thing that could have loosened her grip - she gives up.
She has done everything she can to hang on to the person. She has basically died. She has a moment of weakness and her love for him wins over her own will as she lets him go, which is true love some would argue.

hmmm.maybe it's about how she wishes for the person she's talking to what they wish for themselves. they have the same wishes...i.e. 'i want you to be happy just like you want to be happy'. they want the same thing. i.e. she...cares about this person?
that or she's just talking about her dream heh.
