@daniel9324 if u never felt the pump ur noot w0rking hard enough do light weight and do lotts of reps until u get that burn in ur muscles then thats wats known as "the pump"

you may be not going heavy or hard enough. muscle building lifts should be heavy and with a low rep range (5-10) but if youre looking to lose fat; cardio, and mainly compound muscle group movements such as dumbbell snatch, dumbbell lunges and trukish getup are awesome. these are more cardio orientated exercises however they will also induce muscle growth. reps here should be between 12 to 20. isolated lifts like dumbbell curl usually result in a pump effect but go heavy
