  • this is all wrong its supposed to touch ur chest and the bars not supposed to be so high up

  • Doing it the way he's showing works out your triceps, with your thumb around the bar works out your chest more.

  • Yeah expert village dont make good videos. I've watched a few vidoes now and I can pick out alot of errors in each one. The way he's holding the bar is just crazy, your just asking to hurt yourself if you do it that way. Thumbs should always be on the outside of the bar

  • Angle of bench WAY too steep, a few sets like that and the only thing burning will be your shoulders, not upper chest.

    I notice he is using the suicide grip (thumbs behind bar) comlpete lunacy !people have been seriously hurt that way , there is a vid somewhere on youtube of a bench accident with that grip, watch it and I bet you never grip the bar that way again !!
