  • TW25B is non-toxic. However, it is not what is known as food-grade, so if you have any concerns, do not handle food or use a knife that is in contact with food. This reminds me of a story from many years ago. A customer had a grease tube in the back of his pick-up on his ranch. On his way to a shoot , he got out to mend a fence for a while and one of his cows came by and chewed up one of the tubes and sucked out the TWiB. The cow survived and had very steady bowel movements after that.

  • So you say that I could go about a 1000 rounds with out lubing my glock? What about cleaning it?

  • I use TW-25B grease on my firearms and knives. My automatic pistols feel like they ride on glass and the grease does wonders to protect a bead blasted finish on a knife.

I was curious. Could this solution could be toxic in an open cut or if that blade was used for food? My duty knife gets washed under a faucet and used for cutting sadwiches and apples on a daily basis.

    Thanks.
