Texas actually does new versions of this commercial! they are called "Would you treat your mother this way?" (i.e. like the environment) and they caused quite an outrage!

a car driver threw his mother a full hand of McDonald's garbage in the face, among other things!

the indian in this commercial is actually sicilian.

They should run this again on Primetime...It will never be out of time.

The thing about this commercial is that, you can rape our women, you can kill our entire race, you can take our land, but if you litter I'm going to break down and cry.

I seek the wisdom to know what I cannot change and what I can change. This world is crazy, I can't change that. BUT you and I can give a hoot and not pollute. That change I can do.

i dont know if futurama did (i watch it all the time lol) but i think this commercial is famous. ive seen references on several shows or movies and seen dave chappelle make a reference to it in one of his standups.

i keep seeing the indian crying cause of trash stereotype so i searched to see where the origin was, i guess this is it.
