Looks yummm! We don't have a mixing machine, do you think it would turn out somewhat decent if the mix was battered by hand? Or you definitely need the appliance?

@nsejita Well you can mix it by hand but it takes a lot longer and you'll probably get a sore arm hehe. If you really want to get serious about baking I would get the mixer.

Looks great. I've never done banana bread with yellow bananas. I've alwys waited till they are really ripe (browning) then used froze them and made banana bread with them later haha ^.^
