My first two kickflips that I have done stationary. I hope this video helps whom ever needs the help with kickflips. I recommend using a piece of carpet while learning, that way your board won't be moving while you are trying.

  • JamieSayerFX, well this just helped me learn how it felt like. Then, of course, I moved on to regular ground while moving. This just helped me learn the easiest since I couldn't learn any other way.

  • ur popping it from da nose. n is that a walmart board?

  • Yeah, you're supposed to flick outward from the nose. No, it's a Zero board.

  • @numb4z

Most definitely not. ZERO. Bought it from skate shop about a year ago.

  • @PlanB2k7 he didnt say it was a zero

  • @ef1100

Yeah, he said it was a Walmart board. I said it was a ZERO board.

  • it's like the first te u land bolts on ANY trick, u keep landing it. and btw,y first kickflip landed like the first one u did.

  • @SkaterCriminal truee

  • @TheAtm47 yes but i think that it is harder to pop on a carpet

  • @SkaterCriminal because you wont hurt yourself when you slip and fall and you wont move its good to not move when you are first learning

  • WHY is it better on a carpet???

  • chek out my skate montages

  • The problem with doing in on carpet is you get use to the board not rolling or sliding out, then when you go and do it on concrete you will land with your weight not centered in the board and the board will slid out on you and bail hard, i learned the hard way

  • i you try it rolling the pop will be mutch better!

  • Nice kid but practice on concrete not carpet =0 you'll get a lot better at kickflips
