The Catoblepas is War-chief Supinelu's sworn enemy. It is to be found in Zertinan Caverns. * Catoblepas defeated with War-chief Supinelu's assistance. Receive your reward in the Lull of the Land in Jahara. * Reward received. War-chief Supinelu rejoices that the Catoblepas is no more. He has taken his revenge on the creature that once wounded his brother.

Battle
Catoblepas can be found at the secret pathway from the Save Crystal in Zertinan Caverns. Before approaching Catoblepas, buff everyone, including War-chief Supinelu. As usual, Dispel Catoblepas's positive status and start attacking him. War-Chief Supinelu should be casting Magicks, but he can dish out a few physical attacks occasionally. Mind you, War-Chief's physical attacks are quite low, so don't expect him to be a powerhouse. Catoblepas's attacks are similar to Behemoth-kind enemies, only harder and faster. Also try blinding him. When his health hits critical, finish him quick since he'll chain his attacks often.
