@octavio8 Kathmandu valley was founded by King Yalambar from Kirat dynasty. He was a first King of Nepal. King Yalambar started the human civilization vis a vis Nepalese civilzation in the valley over 5000+ years ago. Nepal turned 5070 as of Friday 15th Jan 2010 following Yele Sambat(Kirati calendar).

they r preparing the momo!!! it's a typical nepali dish(yummy::::::) made with buffalo's meat. it's not a cow, as u can see the head of a buffalo.
