  • what makes this a trainer? doesnt seem to fly like one, looks like youd need experience to fly this though, does it hold up to crashes like regular high wing trainers or what?

  • @gruzergrub5000 No this model is not a trainer plane. Sorry the name can be confusing. The real actual plane was indeed a trainer. This plane does fly fast as with all planes anything can happen in a crash. But the plane is made out of a very durable foam and I have had a few times when I though the plane would be a gonner but it held up really well.

  • @solentlifeuk Ah, the Hawk is a pretty good plane! :)

  • @legoliker7517 The BAe Hawk is a Trainer but also designated capable Ground Attack craft. It may look cute - but its' actually faster than many other Ground Attack craft and highly manoeuvrable. The UK RAF Red Arrows aerobatic display team use it and is the Red colour scheme here. They fly the only 9 full aerobatic sequence team in the world ... plus the synchro pair flypast ... both unique to Red Arrows.
