You know, I wonder why after all Atlus has given us recently, they haven't made a small team to localize SMT1 and 2, much less the original Megami Tenseis.
I suppose we don't need a new SMT1/2 with the Aeon Genesis translation, but a re-release of the Famicom originals would be great, or of the Super Famicom 2-pack. Hell, they can just go the Phantasy Star Collection route and just leave the games as is, just translate them.
But, I guess they have their hands full already, so no problem now.

I've got a lot of hunting to do for fan translations. I'm really hoping that there are some. The Megami Tensei games that I played were really good.

Cant wait until Devil Survivor 2 comes out! You did a great job explaining all the sub-series, I was only aware of about 6 of them.

@NaruMoKill Those are just questions though, those are not *confusing* they wouldn't be right for this particular series.

To be entirely honest, the series wouldn't be that confusing if they didn't add that "SMT" Prefix on more or less every one of their games out in the west. (more or less, some games didn't have that obviously, like Revelations Persona, or Eternal Punishment.)
That, and it doesn't really help that the prefix title is a game that was never released in the first place outside Japan...

Ah yes Persona 3 the game where aparentely you have to shoot yourself in the head to summon your personas...Remember kids shooting yourself in the head wont kill you but instead summon a demon to fight by your side...
