Just because a person doesn't speak like you or have your education does not mean they didn't see what they claim to have seen. The man may talk funny..but there is clearly nothing wrong with his eyes. He lives on a rural mountain..what did you expect him to say to a weird creature that comes on his property? "Pardon me Mr Bigfoot..would you care to come in for cucumber sandwiches and a cup of tea?".
