  • The point is not how fast he is but how to work to increase your hand speed. So he may be faster then when he started? See you train your hands like you do your legs working fast twitch muscle-sprints or continious combinations.

  • slow now faster later. the jokes on you guys because he's actually working on handspeed rather than fingerspeed on the keyboard.

  • to much advertisement

  • thats not even a traing lol he just hits

  • @robiniho1995 agree that is not the correct way lol he would get knocked out by a good boxer

  • every time he punches his dropping his arms down.

  • Please checkout my boxing and workouts !! Thx:)

  • does his arms look a little low when he throws that combo? check how low his shoulders are, speed is pretty decent but the punches don't look sharp =/ keep at it though :)

  • In this video, after his fists hit the mitt; they retract (toward the floor) it a downward looping motion then back up to the face. As most fighters know, your training should have your punch retracting straight back from the target back to your face.

  • this is all one big commercial

  • Very good my friend

  • Wants some technique with that elbow flare? lol
