  • it looks like your going to destroy your back

  • This method is specifically to strengthen the mid and lower back. Straight bar good mornings are done with a straight back and don't go as low. SSB Good Mornings you round you back slightly on the way down. It's done with a much lighter weight than a regular good morning.
