this song has a good message. to me, it means dont let the bad shit in life destroy you, because theres still good things that can come. alot of people in general are fucked up and dont care, but some people do. you just have to find true happiness before its too late, (experience the warmth before you grow old). but then again thats just my opinion, everyone is different.
