@qwertyman129 Article II of the US Constitution dictates the terms of Presidential eligibility, so that's the only "legal basis" needed. Addendums to Article II also state the number of years each parent must be a resident of the USA before eligibility is confirmed.

Obama doesn't meet ANY of those terms, he never did.

Schwarzenegger was not born a citizen of the US! steveb said that having a foreign born father automatically makes one ineligible, which is an absurd statement that has no current legal basis. Further, there is a significant amount of historical precedent of former presidents, VPs, nominees and candidates who had at least one alien parent.
