yeah with shadow on medium settings I can get between 2 and 5 fps lower and on high around 10-11 fps down but its still ok for low budget pc

how do you get so high fps? I got the same cpu and HD 5850 overclocked @ 925/1200. And i get 30 fps :S

@xKyleNxCoD my cpu (4x3.5Ghz with Coolermaster hyper 212+) and also my gpu(770/1950/1100 with ZALMAN VF1000) are overclocked. I have already install the new nvidia drivers from official site
