Did the person who animated this also do Oingo Boingo's Insanity?

I doubt it, likely just "inspired" by Švankmajer. The only music vid that her did do that I'm aware of is "Another Kind of Love" (1988) -  for Hugh Cornwell (yes, it can be found here on the "tube"! : )

I searched for you but came up empty for a director for the Oingo Boingo video (sorry).

Actually, Neco z Alenky is the Czech title of the movie. It was done by Jan Svankmajer.

Cool clip though, the music and visuals work well together!

Thanks carrollthirteen, but it's really just a slap together, no real effort involved. Tell you what, since it's election season I'll leave it to a vote. If no one else chimes in for it's removal by 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 4th, I'll leave it up! I always did like this song, and there isn't another vid out there on "the tube" using it at the moment, so I suppose it wouldn't kill anyone if it continued to take up a little space here. :) Thanks again for crx, and the compliment!
