  • Oh my God! It is as if you are reading my mind, everything you say in this video also applies to me. My two comfort zones are also HOME and CAR. I have had to leave supermarket queues because of panic and I always want to know exactly how far away I am from the exit. It's just a great feeling to know that there are others out there feeling just like I do. I'm catching up on all your videos. Thanks for posting them.

  • Yes, I've left queues as well when the panic feels unbearable. It's embarrassing but what can you really do? Also, doing these videos has a therapeutic effect on me as well as other users and I also enjoy watching other people's videos as well.

  • Hah, you sound like me. Airports are baaaad. I can't handle not being able to leave, also all the people, stressful atmosphere etc. I find a corner somewhere to hide until my plane leaves.

  • I can't airports at all. People or no people, if I'm far from the exit, it's no good for me.

  • I can relate to being in a car and not liking it an not being able to go some where if i'm not the driver. I feel less in control and that feeling feeds the terror of my madness in the moment.

  • Having control over things and not having control over things is a huge component of anxiety

  • I feel the exact same way. I have never had a full blow panic attack, And I think it's because I know what I am scared of (if that makes sence) Eg. I know I would panic and I'm scared to go in that store etc. So I don't go in. If I have company, I can go in, but still feel a little uncomfortable.

I think I suffer a little more from the social aspect. More scared of people without having back up, so to speak.

  • and exactly the same with cars as I don't drive, planes and trains too. Its the feeling of not being able to escape.

  • totally! Unless its dark and there are no people there!

And completely understand about having to be near a door or an exit. Queing is the worst!

  • Omg! everything u said applies to me! not one symptom have i not felt...

  • @bwelmhouse1 Lines & Queues, Elevators & Airplanes, Deep Water & Fear of drinking too much redbull! ARGH.

  • My job is not greatest too. But going too

school helps. Have a plan on how you want

things to change. My problem was really money. Then write down how you want to save

money. Call a bank say ING direct and make

a monthly plan. MY problem was feeling that

others had more than me. Well I have the power to change my situation. This help me

I don't know if it will help everybody.

I cut my panic attacks in half. Because I

had the power to change my situation. Living outside my comfort.
