I can't believe he is telling these players to "swing down" get the swing on the plane of the pitch quickly and for as long as possible...the swing goes up!!

The 2 tee drill isnt one I would recommend for a hitter. It promotes swinging down on the ball which will not allow the barrel of the bat to stay in the long zone during the swing.
