This is the PSP camera (also called the Chotto Shot in Japan) attached to a USB extension cable. You can get this cable from Hong Kong or you can make it yourself with items purchased from your local electronics store as well as things around your home. I can also make these cables. See my other videos including my slide show tutorial attaching the cable and my night vision modified PSP camera. The night vision camera has also been modified to shoot video right-side-up video even when positioned upside down (like stuck to the sunroof on a suction cup tripod)! This is great for mobile blogging :)

  • i made camera by web cam unbelive able

  • omg you could use this as a mini surveillance system if you get a long enough cable and get a mounting bracket that moves but i dunno about the zoom in/out the camera isnt that great quality but it works, i need to buy this camera so i can use skype on my psp

  • google "usb mini b extension" ebay doesnt make them but i foun a site that does by typing that

    great for a paintball guncam!

    great for a sneaky spycam!

  • is the cam gdcan u record on it??

  • The Cable extension is really a great idea! Because this makes it easier mounting the camera somwhow on a tripod for example, while you are holding your PSP in your hands secure, instead of trying to mount it all on the tripod. Same sittuation with placing it inside a car under the rear mirror, while the PSP is laying gently on the copilot seat, or cliped on a holding device (like for navigation devices).

  • huu????? i have the camera how can it come out????

  • remove the IR filter, add IR led panel, paint it black, and you got some nice Night Vision spying device :)

  • I used to have one of these, but it breaks easily - do you know where to get the connector ends from as both were ripped off and lost...

  • do you have a tutorial or maybe just a list of materials you used?? i think i can figure out how to make one but i'm not sure..

  • Their coming out with the camera this year I think.
