IMO the most important point for cuteness at school is that skirts will always look better than pants, short skirts are cuter than long and bare legs are hotter than pantyhose or tights. You are lucky to have been born pretty and you have great legs, so IMO you should always wear a short skirt and keep your legs bare as they are too good to be covered up :-)
