Sex, Video & Real Estate in 2011

One of Australia's most respected trainers Glenn Twiddle takes a look at the most controversial year in real estate marketing. In 2011, PlatinumHD Propvid "enraged" parts of the Australian and international property industries with a series of sexy and controversial property videos which made national and international newspaper headlines, radio and TV shows. This is the Company that invented Propvid. In the decade since it started, its CREWs have shot over 10,000 straight real estate films - most of which have scored a respectable hundred or so views. Throw in 'Sex' and the meter went to thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands - and literally millions. Now. From a real world perspective, where sex, beautiful people and funny or creative concepts are used to sell everything from toilet cleaner to tooth paste, these films were Ho Hum. For an industry which rarely shows anything more than a master bedroom (with nobody in or on the beds) it was an absolute outrage. Still. Over 70% of the homes which featured edgy creative...sold. Many of the films have had to come down from YouTube as music licenses expired. Some of the highlights are captured here. Thanks to Glenn for the commentary.
