Which surgery are you refering to? because i could do an individual walkthrough of that operation or any surgery on the amateur surgeon series (depending on whether i have unlocked it or not) I would be happy to help

@XAngelofdarknessXful im having truble with Richard Thimble on amateur surgeon 2 act 1, ok i get to him than i cannot figure out where to inject the needle its like everywhere i try it dose not work, it would be nice if u can write me back and tell me what to do ty

@krystleducky18 well krystle, i usaually use a trick when u bring the needle up right click your mouse, you should then be able to move to the top where you gotta get your mouse to then left click, if that doesnt work bring up the needle start at the bottom holding the mouse left button and follow up to top without hitting the lines, hope this helps =)
