Nope Windows is horrible anyways cant believe people are still using it so much viruses , crashing restarting computer for updates linux can run forever without restarting

hi dudes, I want to make the move to linux but some of the command line inputs seem a bit weird to me like -0 - ap etc etc would you class this as a better OS than all windows versions and can i play mainstream windows games and apps with linux.
also is this easy to set up on say a 64 bit laptop. There seems so many different versions of linux and beryl is there a full package of linux for dummies of both apps.
which is simple to install ? cheers

screen xwinwrap -o 0.3 -ni -argb -fs -s -st -sp -b -nf -- /usr/lib/xscreensaver/glmatrix -window-id WID -delay 10000 -speed 0.4 -density 8 -fog -rotate -waves
is what I run in terminal (so that you can close out the terminal afterwards), and all the little extra shiet just makes it rotate around and what not which is kind of fun =) but may not be for everyone (but I like)

I'm just running the GLMatrix xscreensaver module. Check out a previous post for how I used xwinwrap to set is as my desktop wallpaper.
