Dramatic rescue at Ghorak Shep, Nepal (5,140m above sea level - closest 'village' to Everest Base Camp) - a trekker developed HAPE (High Altitude Pulmonary Edema) and needed to be airlifted back to the lower altitude of Kathmandu. The helicopter could only take the patient as it's difficult for helicopters to fly at high altitude, hence its difficulty during takeoff.
