They are not hand painted.. they are CCTV snaps ... India has already released all the photos of all the terrorists... Pakistan has also banned some terrorist organizations... Its true indians dont blame pakistanis directly, they blame the ISI - pakistans spy agency and the powerful military who have supported kashmiri separatists, also india has blamed the ISI for the july 2008 attack on its afghan embassy and 2001 parliament attack which nearly started a nuclear war, however well have to see what happens this indeed is very frightening to most ppl and hopefully the real perpatraitors will be found out

Most of Pakistanis are net savvy, great achievement by any standards. But only few people are educated class, which can be made out from comments in Youtube (couldnt read most of them as they are in Urdu), as almost all comments are from SCAVENGERS from Pakistan.
