Fleeing the war-torn South Sudan and Darfur, millions of Sudanese migrants have crossed the border to Egypt in search of a better life. But in Cairo, the prospects are grim. Only a few thousand have official refugee status, as defined by the UN Refugee Agency. The others struggle to survive, with the help of NGOs. A Natural Sound Version of an AFPTV report.
