It's happened to me. A person said i assaulted them and someone backed them up. There was not one mark on the person but i've been convicted. I live in England and if you are tried by magistrates you are screwed.

here in japan victims are made to feel guilty and encouraged to shut up give up and walk away, all victims are found partially guilty just for being there! no shit

the law needs to remember that their are cops who do unjust things to innocent and sometimes even guilty people. there word or reputation is not bond.

@mexiluvsw I've never been in prison, but I can't imagine how it feels the first time the jail door closes.
