What foods do you eat, to maintain a flat stomach? Also, I wanted to know if I should do the ab workout everyday, or every other day? thanks

Great video, i really need to do this. I'm a college student so i spend alot of hours sitting through lectures and then i come on home and sit on my computer all day which is not good. I will give this a go tomorrow morning and see what happens. :) My body feels stiff maybe this can help me out.

i miss the way i felt when i was working out ......just so free of everything!!! so am going to try and get back to where i used to be with these videos!!! i got a new job promotion and it gives me alot more time for me so i want to better me from the inside by working out!!
