At Home Abdominal Routine

Hey Ladies!!

Are you ready for your abs to burn!? Try this abdominal routine, and I guarantee you will feel it! The best part... It only takes 6 minutes out of your day!!

There are 6 different exercises in this video. Rotate between them and do each exercise for 1 minute straight. Try to fit in as many as you can, while keeping proper form, within each minute.

Of course, in order to get the most out of your ab workout, you will need to eat a well balanced diet and fit in some good cardio as well! I will have some more videos coming up on this too, so keep an eye out!! :0)

  • i miss the way i felt when i was working out ......just so free of everything!!! so am going to try and get back to where i used to be with these videos!!! i got a new job promotion and it gives me alot more time for me so i want to better me from the inside by working out!!

  • Great video, i really need to do this. I'm a college student so i spend alot of hours sitting through lectures and then i come on home and sit on my computer all day which is not good. I will give this a go tomorrow morning and see what happens. :) My body feels stiff maybe this can help me out.
