You do realize that you're confusing the ACTRESS w/ her FICTIONAL CHARACTER by saying that, right? Whatever the writers are going to "confirm" in this epi, has NOTHING to do w/ Hargitay's personal life.

Olivia and Elliot won't get together. When Elliot and Kathy were separated, he DIDN'T take the opportunity of more than a season to get with Olivia. Olivia is gay, I can tell. I hate the fact that people would rather her be a homewrecker than a lesbian. I would put 100 bucks on the fact that Olivia is in love with Alex, they need to get past the friends stage they've been at for 10 years and finally get together, then SVU would be perfect. The fact that she's never really dated men gives a hint.

That's pretty cool that you only got into the show just recently. It's nice to finally have someone who agrees with me on at least ONE aspect of the show lol And yeah, there's a few episodes that certain ppl try to steer clear from. (Have you seen 'Undercover' yet?) I tossed and turned in bed for a week after watching it for the first time O_O (now I'm totally in love with the main guest star from that ep ^_^) But yeah, i cant wait to see how they play out Liv's character in the future.

@CxHxRxIxSxTxIxAxN Hahaha - SO happy that someone else has the same views! I actually JUST got into the show a few weeks ago, and aside from a few episodes that I can't watch for personal issues, I think it's great, aside from the vast amount of people that want to turn it into a soap opera, as you perfectly stated. Hehehe, I have this perfect image of how the storyline should pan out. The writers should definitely leave Liv single, but for an older kid-what better family than Liv's coworkers?
