I've been involved with Rotary since I was 18, I am now 21 and have been transformed by my experience.
Never in my life had I met so many caring and selfless people until I went to RYLA and became a team leader myself on the camps. Some people don't understand why I am so dedicated to directing youths attention to Rotary, until I show them videos like this one.
I'm proud to be a part of RI and on our last camp, we raised enought money to buy a Shelter Box for District 9500 RYLA 2011!

I saw the video...and I am amazed. I myself am working in disaster risk reduction sector and have been involved in several disaster responses in India. But to see just a very focussed response by Shelter Box is really fantastic. God Bless! - Puthumai A Nazarene, India

To date, 28,000+ boxes and 33,000+ tents have been deployed to Haiti. Our ShelterBox Response Team has delivered them to the people who need them most and trained Boy Scouts to help with any problems with the equipment after we leave. This week we are in Japan assessing the damage and determining how to get this shelter, warmth, dignity and comfort to the people in Japan. Please help: go to ShelterBoxUSA and make a donation. Thank you, "ShelterBox Donna"

I was at a Rotary meeting last week in which Donna Gulley was the speaker. ShelterBox seems very...responsive and generous.

bravo!
There's already over 3,300 shelter box kits set up in Haiti. That's 33,000 people for 6 months. They are working 24/7 to fill and send more boxes!
