Funny man Rick Reynolds describes the most harrowing performance of his life... at a maximum-security prison in Vacaville, California. (From "All Grown Up and No Place to Go") http://www.churchofrick.com
I never heard of this guy before I saw his clipping on religion 15 minutes ago. This man is funny. Is he still on the performing. He's way funnier than Seinfeld though I like the Seinfeld TV show which was basically about Larry David's life.
Wow. First met Rick waaaaay back in the day in 1982 in Los Angeles Comedy Store, Improve etc. I'm fairly certain Rick has made a very, very, very, very, very good living. And it's very difficult to be in control of your entire stand-up and/or one man show - afford all the wonderful things you want incredible home, multiple cars, traveling wherever you want --and trade that in to do a TV Show or movie where everyone is telling YOU how they want you to do it.
Jose Simon may he RIP. Rick you were and still are a brilliant comic, writer, and performer. I saw both of his solo shows live and they inspired me to do mine.
I'm still in the game and chasing the dream. I hope that Rick is as well.

Humor with intelligence is a great combination.

I watched this entire video one night at a friend's house, long ago. It was one of the most inspiring things I've ever seen.

Thanks for sharing this -- 5/5! I agree with everything that "auroraben" said.
(Waving $20 bill) "Come get it, ya pussies!" Too funny -- but Rick always is.
