  • Good to see Stills looking healthy and fit at 64, teamed with former (?) wife and their son onstage for this song.

  • The rumors I hear are that Stephen has, to borrow Gerry Rafferty's phrase,"given up the booze and the one night stands." The fact is, he is one of the finest players of an electric guitar that this planet has produced. Let's enjoy him at that level and leave his private life to he, his friends and family. This song has the charm of combining a decadent libertine perspective with a sincere flower child recommendation. With or without sexual contact, we should love the one we're with. Greg Gibbs

  • Fantastic!

  • @VictorDMD Sorry Victor, but Stills had not even met Sanson in the 60's. They met while he was on tour with Manassas in I believe 73.

  • Back with his old squeeze.

  • that's not the same, she received these threats in 1992, but in the 60' Stephen Stills was very violent with her and once ran after her with a knife trying to to kill her, he was under the effects of drugs, Veronique tells this story in a french show released a few years ago, u might find it on YouTube maybe

  • she has no hard feelings against her ex-husband who tried to kill her

  • When my future husband was in Vietnam my friend's boyfriend and all his friends would play this and they thought it was so funny. I used to cry. Now that I think of it ...it probably was funny.

  • on a eu la chance d'entendre cette chanson, jouée par Kenny Loggins ,qui nous a fait sortir de la salle(théatre Marigny)pour finir son concert sur un banc des Champs élysée,le jour de la fête de la musique 2009,mémorable....

  • Thank you!! Our group produced a play based on Edith Piaf's life here in the Philippines last year - 5 nights of sold out performances, one night was to the local French Chamber of Commerce and Embassy.
