John R. Stockwell is a former CIA officer who became a critic of United States government policies after serving in the Agency for thirteen years serving seven tours of duty. After managing U.S. involvement in the Angolan Civil War as Chief of the Angola Task Force during its 1975 covert operations, he resigned and wrote In Search of Enemies, a book which remains the only detailed, insider's account of a major CIA "covert action."

This should be no surprise to every American. I mean just look at our history we killed 18 million Native Americans and took their land from them. The National Security Act is a joke it's design for government to hide behind all it's criminal act. Because everything John talks about is true. We only attack countries that don't have nukes. All the freaken terrorist is in Pakistan we don't fuck with them because they have nukes.

The article at ICH shows that the real title for the lecture is, "THE SECRET WARS OF THE CIA". The article at ICH is for the 1987 presentation (same as for your clip), but doing a Web search using this title turns up links for multi-part copies and a quasi full copy at YouTube, plus for the C-SPAN page for the original video. At C-SPAN it's 2:50:05, but CommissarRed uploaded a copy at YouTube and it's 2:48:50 and is for a 1989 presentation.

That should satisfy your request, I think.

I just found the ICH article (2 parts) for the lecture your video clip is for/from and the title at ICH is,

"Americas Third World War

How 6 million People Were killed in CIA secret wars against third world countries".

It's a "lecture given in October, 1987", and part 1 at ICH has the video, but it's the video clip you uploaded and the part 2 page doesn't provide a video but people wanting to read the whole lecture will find this copy at ICH.

And if you appreciate listening to the excellent John Stockwell, then not only is there a good collection of videos with him at archive(dot)org, but the AlternativeViewTV channel at YouTube has a lot of the videos uploaded here. I just looked over the images for the Stockwell videos at AlternativeViewTV (about 4 or 5 pages of these videos when viewed in grid format or layout and as the result of searching the channel for Stockwell), but don't see any lecture videos.
