How to play NES Roms using an emulator (FCEUX)

Yeah, this is very basic, but a friend made me aware that not everyone knows how to play Roms with an emulator. So here it is, bad voice and everything.
The emulator used is "FCEUX" and can be downloaded here: http://fceultra.sourceforge.net/
Do not ask me where you can get roms, you'll have to find them yourself.

The music is Darkness, a song I made in 2003. It can be found here: http://www.djopposite.se/
So yes, I know it's not that great, don't flame me about it. But as I tried to say in the clip - it's just an instruction for a friend and everyone else who has had problems doing this.

Well, you could try to watch the video as I show how to change the controls...

And yes, you DO have to change them.

Press Shift + F1 (or F2 up to F0) to save state, and just F1 (or F2 up to F0) to load that state again. So you can have up to 10 save states for each game. Don't worry about the language, I'm not the best at English either :-)

I'm trying open "Smash Ping Pong (J) (FDS Hack)" and nothing ;/

You probably need to go to File -> Open ROM then choose the rom, then NES -> Eject/Insert disk. Possibly use the Switch side.

If it doesn't work, you don't have the FDS-bios or the rom is corrupt. Get another one.

simple question how do you pause your game so you can do other stuff on your computer then come back to your game
