$300 of Apple Care put to the test - my Mac Book Pro has an issue, today I took it to Apple in Sydney.
VERY frustrated.... What do you think?
i should say the guy serving me initially was cool - he was nice, patient and friendly - i just don't like the policy he has to enforce... and there is obviously some wiggle room.... I arrive on time, and waiting an hour to be served - whilst the genius stood around chatting (see the pics I inserted). Then I heard one skipping their friend to the top of the list... bit unfair.
Anyway, they should call me in next 2 days - I will show the outcome.
