you made the power clean weight look like bitch weight. haha and You went very low on squat! great job!
-
nice real squat... not many people do them anymore maybe 15 percent weightlifters do
You have really impressive form on the power clean. I can never seem to drop under as you did in the video. That keeps me at a 245 lb power clean :/

@hattrick0223 ya man, dropping under helps a ton. the most i ever did in high school with a straight power clean was 285, but i squatted this one up because it was a competition and i was just trying to do as much weight as i could. my senior year i ended up doing 325 with was a good personal record, but i'm not that strong anymore haha

and everybody on this is saying that you squat more than me and bench more than me.. and you probably all can, but i'm a football player, not a weight lifter. lifting just helps and i have decent numbers on my lifts but my athletic stats are more impressive and its what really helps me accel in football. i played DE last year and the lifting really helped because it was more of a compliment to my explosiveness and athleticism. i just posted this for fun, not to show off or compete with other ppl

i just want to clear a few things up.. this was when i was 16 after only 1 1/2 years of lifting. my bench press isn't even because i have a stronger right side than left side and this is due to me snapping my left arm into 2 pieces in 8th grade and my family couldn't afford physical therapy so it never healed correctly.. and my bench is by far my worst lift and this is because my best sport is baseball and its what im going to college for, as a pitcher so i can't over develop my chest & shoulder
