The music is from the Scott Pilgrim movie that has just recently been released on DVD/Blu-Ray

@BlakeHighwind Yeah, but the reason why he got so many thumbs up is probably because he too was quoting the movie. in the scene where Scott says, "alright lets start off with Launchpad McQuack." Stephen Stills immediately says, "That's not the actual title of the song-" before Kim finally interrupted him by saying, "WE ARE SEX BOB-OMB."

Good God, this was a nerd moment for me. -.-
