I think you'll find it's only 66 percent of the helis. Not counting the camera ship. Or the other EC135. Or either of the Garda EC135s. And 54 troops plus scout aircraft for fire control and artillery support and a full low level PC-9 escort flight armed with .5 machine guns and FFAR would be a pretty potent rapid response group in the right circumstances.
