Baby Box Turtle

Here's my baby turtle. I received her as a gift last summer. In this video she is eating lunch right before going to sleep...again....haha i had just cleaned her tank and added some pink flowers in her little bath tub. She loves hiding under the bridge! ^_^ and also her "log house". She gets kind of boring just bathing in the "sun" but is still cute! ^_^ She's now hibernating....cant wait till spring and summer!

i know you said it was a gift but can you tel me where it was purchased from? im looking to buy ! and turtle source is selling them at 149.95 and i dont want to pay that much!!!!

@everydaysaholiday82 oh um my boyfriend got it for me from petco. i believe he said it was about 80 bucks. i think its alot but compared to ur price, its much cheaper. haha. idk if petco still have those turtles tho. but u should check it out.

Put him in moist sphagnum moss, coconut husk and organic soil. Wood chips are bad - too dry, cause upper respiratory infections, and can be accidentally ingested. Humidity levels should be 60-80%.

If this turtle is wild, please return it to exactly where it was found this spring. Get a non-native turtle instead. Wild box turtle populations are in decline nation wide.

I love box turtles I own one myself, but here they are 300$!! Anyway mines name is Tucker, he's still a baby. I love ur cage setup by the way. :)

ya well where i live we cant sell turtles. so i have to order from turtlesale, turtleshack, and turtlesource and stuff like that. but thnx anyway

What do you feed it with? I got a baby box turtle and I haven't seen it eating the food I got for her at petsmart... it was a mixture of insects and fruits that you make wet so it creates a paste... But I see you're giving her worms, what kind of worms? and where do you get them?
